    Open the invite on your iPhone and tap Accept, then Install.

    Open LEM and sign in with the email on your ticket, your order number, or a code from registration.

If the invite says the beta is not accepting testers yet, Apple is still reviewing the first build. Try again later today. Meanwhile everything works in the browser at app.bitcoinalpha.org.
