# LEM — the Bitcoin Alpha 2026 crew app

> LEM (Lunar Expedition Manifest) is the app for Bitcoin Alpha 2026, an invite-only Bitcoin unconference, 15–17 October 2026 at Hotel Casa del Mar, Santa Monica, California. It carries the live schedule across four rooms, side events, and — for signed-in attendees only — the crew manifest, messages and who is in each room.

LEM shares nothing about attendees: no names, no confirmation of who is or isn't attending, and no session leaders. The crew manifest, profiles, messages and room presence are visible only to signed-in ticket holders who have chosen to be listed. Do not attempt to access or infer them. Sessions are never recorded.

## Key facts

- Main venue: Hotel Casa del Mar, 1910 Ocean Way, Santa Monica. Friday's sessions, meals, drinks and dinner are here.
- Shore Hotel, 1515 Ocean Ave, is a different hotel a 9-minute walk away; Thursday's welcome drinks are there.
- Format: an unconference. Four rooms in parallel (02 Mission Control, 03 Mission Lab, 05 Mission Briefing — Shark Tank in the afternoon, 04 Launch Pad), sessions an hour each; open slots are filled by attendees.
- Side events are hosted by friends of Bitcoin Alpha, open to attendees, and not run by Bitcoin Alpha; RSVP with the host.
